Bodegas Campillo official sponsor of the Jazz Festival at San Sebastian

Campillo is proud to announce that this year is becoming the very first winery to be official sponsor of Jazzaldia at San Sebastian. The Jazz Festival will be hold in Guipuzcoa’s capital from July 20th to July 25th.

A union between music and wine that Bodegas Campillo was keen to develop. There is no better way to do so than associating with one of the reference festivals both, national and internationally.

Bodegas Campillo, belonging to Grupo Faustino, is honored to colaborate in the Heineken Jazzaldia 52nd edition to contribute its grain of sand to enrich the festival with another cultural dimension: wine.

This new edition at Heineken Jazzaldia San Sebastian, features an ambitious programming. It attracts and integrates Locals and visitors who come during those days to enjoy the city, best known for its beauty, its love for music, its cuisine, and of course its love for wine in general and Rioja wine in particular.
For all these reasons, Bodegas Campillo wishes to be part of this event that transcends boundaries. Its participation will involve the following:

First of all, the sponsorship of the concerts at Victoria Eugenia Theatre. A cycle of free concerts and a night program. The venue will then be named Bodegas Campillo Space during the festival.

Moreover, there will be wine tastings before the free concerts from 6:00pm to 6:45pm. Experts from Bodegas Campillo will lead and guide the wine tasting every day adressed to every attendant to the concerts and every wine lover. The maximum capacity is 30 people. In order to attend the event, everyone should make a reservation by phone call, online or 30 minutes before it starts at the theatre. Wines from the family of Campillo will be tasted and available to enjoy at every concert.

Additionally, every wine will be available to taste and enjoy at every bar in the festival. There will also be two other spaces open to public: “Terraza Campillo” and “Carpa Campillo”

Terraza Campillo: it is an open space located besides the Kursaal Auditorium, where there will be a wine bar and a food truck. This will be the perfect meeting point for wine lovers. There, everyone will enjoy a larger offer of wine than the standard bars at the festival. We will enlarge the spectrum of wines with the most aged ones, “Reserva” and “Gran Reserva” from Bodegas Campillo.

Carpa Campillo: just by the beach, everyone will be assisted and informed about the wines, the wineries of Faustino Group and all the activities held at the bodegas by the Public Relations team of the group.
The wines offered at the festival are the following: Campillo White, Barrel Fermented, Campillo Rosé, Campillo “El Niño” and Campillo “Crianza”.
